Susan lives in the heart of Muskoka, Ontario, Canada. She has been writing since she was a child, and has always been fascinated by words and the way they are able to convey emotion and draw a reader into the story.  She has written several short stories, enough poetry to fill two chapbooks, and she has a blog.

Susan has just finished writing book number two in the RELATIVE series, One Eleven, to be published in early May 2021.

She is looking forward to self-publishing her first book on January 11th, 2021, and she has received wonderful feedback on The Waking Hours:

“You met all my expectations.  What a fantastic read.  I was hooked on this story right away.  I seriously had moments of saying out loud, ‘no way’ or ‘Oh my God’.  I now have the feeling of ‘what the Hell am I going to read now?’.  That for me is a true sign of finishing an amazing book.”

“Well done, Susan.  I enjoyed it.  The book had all the elements of a good suspense/thriller.”

“I woke up thinking about these characters.  Off to a fabulous start.  I need to be hooked immediately, and that I was.”

“This is the best book I’ve read in a long time.  Watch out Stephen King and Dean Koontz, there is a new girl in the club.  I couldn’t put it down because I just had to know what happens next.  You really feel and enjoy the characters.  I want everyone to read this book!”

“Signs that I love a book: I keep thinking about the characters. I reward myself for menial tasks by reading a chapter. I have slowed down my reading as I come to the last 50 pages in order to make it last longer since I don’t want this to end!”
